Shipping & Returns


Shipping costs are added onto your order during the checkout process. UK recorded delivery is £4.20 for most small items, international post costs are calculated by weight.
We use Royal Mail tracked 48 for UK deliveries and Royal Mail Airmail (standard or recorded delivery options) for Europe & Worldwide. For international orders with a value over £100 we use courier (Landmark or DPD).
All stickers are made to order, our aim is to get your order delivered within 7-10 working days of receipt of payment to addresses within the United Kingdom.

If there are likely to be any substantial delays (eg the rare occasion we run out of vinyl and need to re-order from our supplier) we will contact you.

UK deliveries are usually very reliable and most items arrive within 48-72 hours of posting.

Overseas customers should note that standard airmail can be very slow, delivery times can vary from 5 days to 3 weeks.

Since the UK left the EU, there are now import duties payable by customers when we send items to the EU, and the amount charged varies by country. Some countries do not charge at all when the item value is below 100 euro.


Please appreciate that postal delays are not our fault, and that we will only consider your order to be lost if it has not arrived in 1 month (from date of posting). We do not offer postage refunds for delayed items.
International recorded delivery (Airsure) is a more expensive shipping option, but has proven to be much quicker than standard airmail.
Please also note that some countries, in particular the USA, items can be further delayed due to being held up in customs. We no longer ship to Israel due to items regularly going missing. Israeli customers should visit our eBay store – eBay’s couriers deal with our overseas post so our eBay store offers more shipping destinations.

Customers in UAE should ensure they provide us with a PO Box number – we cannot ship without a PO Box.

All Sales Should be Considered Final. Returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged or defective on arrival:
If the product is damaged or defective on arrival, return the package to us for replacement. Please note: You must contact us BEFORE you return the package. We will not accept packages w/o authorisation. You need to send us proof photos or pictures of the damaged item by e-mail.

You must return the package with all contents that shipped with the product. You must return it in the protective tube, box or another similar shipping carton as used to ship originally. Write your order number on the outside of the package so we can identify your order. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

Our policy lasts 90 days from the date of receipt of the order. If 90 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To make a return or replacement arrangements, email us as [email protected] or contact us using the website contact form. Please make sure you quote your order number. Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the returned item.

We do not accept the return of non-faulty custom products: All of our goods are made to order, in the colour (and sometimes sizes) you specify. They are therefore classed as custom and are subsequently exempt from the distance selling regulations. For example if you order a 2m long pink dragon please appreciate that this will be specially made for you and its unlikely anybody else will ever want it if you return it to us.

Orders can be cancelled and a full refund issued if you email us BEFORE we have made and posted it. If you decide to cancel the order, it is important that you do so immediately, as once it has been made we cannot cancel your order.
