Shipping and returns

We use Royal Mail first class recorded for UK deliveries and Royal Mail Airmail (standard or recorded delivery options) for Europe & Worldwide.
All stickers are made to order, our aim is to get your order delivered within 3-4 working days of receipt of payment to addresses within the United Kingdom and within 10 working days of receipt of payment for all other addresses.
If you order before 5pm on monday to thursday, they will be posted on the next day.
Items ordered after 5pm on thursday will be posted on the following monday.
If there are likely to be any delays (eg if vinyl needs to be ordered from our supplier) we will contact you.

UK deliveries are usually very reliable and most items arrive within 48 hours of posting.

Overseas customers should note that standard airmail can be very slow, delivery times can vary from 5 days to 3 weeks.
International recorded delivery (Airsure) is a more expensive shipping option, but has proven to be much quicker than standard airmail.

Customer satisfaction is important to us and we will do our best to quickly resolve any issues.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your stickers you may return them to us for a refund or exchange provided that the product/s are returned in their original packaging and condition and carefully packaged for return.

For all international orders we accept no responsibility for any additional fees incurred. ie: receiving countries handling fees, import duties, and local taxes.
